Grandmother used to go with the author to school as the school was in the temple on the either side of temple's veranda. From morning till evening grandmother used to be with the author. 2. Boyhood: When the author and his grandmother came to the city this was a turning point in their relationship as although they shared a common room but grandmother no longer came with author to school as he started to go to an English School via motor bus. Grandmother wake him up in the morning but for sometime. 3. Early Youth: When the author came to University he was given a room of his own and the common link in their relationship was snapped as they hardly got time for each other grandmother was busy spinning the wheel and author was busy with his studies.
