2. Friction:
Friction is a force that opposes relative motion between two surfaces in contact. When we apply a force on an object to move it, the force of friction acts in the opposite direction, making it harder for the object to move. However, if the force we apply is greater than the force of friction, the object will start to move.

3. Inertia:
Inertia is the tendency of an object to resist changes in its motion. When we apply a force on an object, it initially resists the change in motion due to its inertia. However, if the force we apply is greater than the object's inertia, it will overcome the resistance and start to move.

4. Interaction with the Ground:
When we apply a force on an object, we are not only interacting with the object itself but also with the surface it is resting on. The reaction force from the object pushes back on us, but the reaction force from the ground pushes us forward. This allows us to move the object by using the ground as a support.

5. Conservation of Momentum:
When we apply a force on an object, there is a transfer of momentum between us and the object.
