1)Here strong acid is analyte while weak base is titer. Strong acid have high conductance so in starting the graph will be start from higher value of conductance.
2)here titration is taking place in which strong acid is replaced by the salt which is also strong electrolyte but not as much as compared to strong acid so it will decrease gradually. After complete titration further adding the titer( weak base) it will increase the conductance but very slightly bkz it is weak electrolyte. So it will increase with very less slope.
