Z, Y, X, W, V, U, T, S, R, Q, P, O, N, M, L, K, J, I, H, G, F, E, D, C, B, A

Finding the position of vowels:
A - 26th position
E - 22nd position
I - 18th position
O - 14th position
U - 10th position

Finding the difference between the position of two vowels:
The difference between the position of two vowels which appear in the beginning and in the end is the difference between the position of A and U.
26 - 10 = 16

Therefore, the answer is (C) 16.
