Vaise to aspartic aur glutamic acid hote hain..but jab is tarah se ki acidic nature to basic amino acid ko chhodkar(Histidine ,arginine, lysine) sabhi amino acid acidic nature ke hote hain kyuki in sabhi ka isoelectric point 7 se below hota hain ...jo acidic nature ko bhi bta ta hai ...Agar question me isoelectric point diya ho aur puche arrange in increasing or decreasing order in acidic strength then jiska PI sabse kam wo sabse jyada acidic hoga....

Acidic Amino Acids

  • Tyrosine

  • Asparagine

  • Leucine

Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins. They have an amino group (-NH2) and a carboxyl group (-COOH) attached to the same carbon atom. The side chain or R-group distinguishes one amino acid from another. The side chains can be acidic, basic, neutral, or polar. The side chains of acidic amino acids are negatively charged at physiological pH.

Tyrosine

Tyrosine is an aromatic amino acid with a phenol group in its side chain. The phenol group is weakly acidic and can lose a proton to form a negatively charged ion. Tyrosine is not classified as an acidic amino acid because the carboxyl group in its side chain is not ionizable. However, the phenol group can donate a hydrogen ion to act as a weak acid.

Asparagine

Asparagine is a polar amino acid with an amide group in its side chain. The amide group is not acidic, but it can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules. Asparagine is not classified as an acidic amino acid because it does not have a negatively charged side chain.

Leucine

Leucine is a nonpolar amino acid with an aliphatic side chain. The side chain is hydrophobic and does not interact with water molecules. Leucine is not classified as an acidic amino acid because it does not have an ionizable group in its side chain.

Arginine

Arginine is a basic amino acid with a guanidine group in its side chain. The guanidine group is positively charged at physiological pH and can donate a proton to act as a weak base. Arginine is not classified as an acidic amino acid because it has a positively charged side chain.
