So, the no. of moles of AcH adsorbed = n = n1 -n2
where n1= initial moles = 0.5 M × 100ml = 0.5M×0.1 L
= 0.05 mol

n2= final moles = 0.49 M × 0.1L = 0.049 mol

Therefore, n= (0.05- 0.049 ) mol = 0.001 mol
No. of molecules of AcH adsorbed = n× Avogadro no.
i.e. N = 0.001 × 6.022 × 10^23 = 6.022 × 10^ 20

We know,
Surface area of adsorbent = Area of each molecule × N
So, area of each molecule = (3.015 × 10^2) ÷ (6.022 × 10^ 20)
