A Lesson from Bhuria
My pet dog Bhuriya is a doberman. It is my most faithful companion. It shows its affection by wagging its tail, and licking my face and hands. Bhuriya is always happy to follow me everywhere. Sometimes it plays with my shoes or brings the ball wanting me to play with it. It also waits at the front door, looking forward to welcome me when I come back from school.
As soon as it hears the sound of the newspaper man’s cycle, Bhuriya starts barking. It brings the newspaper inside every morning. One day we were awakened by Bhuriya's loud barking. My father and I went out of the house to find out. We saw a kitten on the mat of our front door. Seeing us, Bhuriya started licking the kitten. We understood it wanted us to take care of it. So now we are the proud owners of two pets, a dog and a cat. Bhuriya has taught us to be kind to all animals.
