Worksheet 9 - Writing | English for Class 3Ans.

Sample letter:

Date: 22nd April, 20XX

Place: ABC

Dear XYZ,

Today is Earth Day, our school was buzzing with excitement. We started the day by planting trees in our school garden. It was so much fun getting our hands dirty and helping the Earth by planting new trees.

After that, we had a special assembly where our teachers talked to us about the importance of taking care of our planet. We learned about recycling, saving water, and protecting animals. It made us all realize how important it is to be kind to the Earth.

During lunchtime, we had a picnic outside. We brought reusable plates and cups to reduce waste, and we only ate food that didn't come in plastic packaging. It felt good to have a meal while taking care of our planet at the same time.

In the afternoon, we did some arts and crafts activities related to nature. We made posters with messages about protecting the environment and drew pictures of animals in their natural habitats. It was so much fun being creative and expressing our love for the Earth through art.

Overall, it was an incredible day filled with learning, fun, and making a positive impact on our planet. I wish you could have been there with us!

I hope you enjoyed hearing about our Earth Day celebration. Let's continue to do our part to take care of the Earth every day.

Take care,

PQR
