Start with the date (like July 7, 2025).
Use a friendly greeting for informal letters (like “Dear [Name],” or “Hi [Name]!”) and a polite greeting for semi-formal letters (like “Dear Mr. Sharma,” or “Dear Mrs. Sharma,”).
Write 3–5 sentences in the body to share your thoughts or answer the task.
End with a closing: Use “Love,” or “Your friend,” for informal letters, and “Yours sincerely,” or “Thank you,” for semi-formal letters, followed by your name.
Keep it short, simple, and fun!
Your best friend moved to a new city, and you miss them! Write a short letter to tell them about a fun day you had at the park (like playing on the swings or eating ice cream) and ask how they are doing in their new city.
Your grandma sent you a new toy for your birthday, and you love it! Write a letter to thank her, describe how you play with the toy, and share something fun you did recently.
Your neighbour, Mr. Sharma, helped you find your lost ball in their garden. Write a polite letter to thank them, explain why the ball is special to you, and wish them a nice day.
Your cousin is coming to visit you next week, and you’re excited! Write a letter to tell them one or two fun activities you want to do together (like playing a game or watching a movie) and ask what they like to do.
