On the basis of information given in the statement, you have to assume everything in the statement to be true. Then decide which of three given suggested courses of action logically follows.

Course of Action: 

  • LIC should consult investors before fixing the duration of validity period.
  • The investors should be duly informed about the validity period.
  • List of schemes covered under this validity period should be communicated.
