The old pension scheme and RGHS have been implemented for roadways workers, and RFID smart cards for free travel in roadways buses were distributed to senior citizens and differently-abled individuals.
The state government has allocated Rs 125 crore for upgrading bus stands, purchased 875 new roadways buses, and is in the process of acquiring 500 more buses.

Under the 'Mukhyamantri Nishulk Dava Yojana', residents will receive 300 essential medicines free of charge.
