hello my name is Catherine and I am from
acute data systems in this tutorial I am
going to teach you how to create and
print a purchase order for sage 100
formerly known as mass nitey and mass
200 go to the task pane and select the
modules tab click on purchase order open
the main folder and select purchase
order entry to create a new purchase
order select the next order number
button the header tab is now accessible
select the appropriate order date and
choose the order type as a standard
order select a vendor number by clicking
the lookup button let's select us
postmaster as our vendor click select if
everything looks correct click the
address tab in this tab you may modify
the purchase a dress and the ship to
address once finished click the lines
tab for this example us postmaster would
like to order three storage cubes let's
select storage cubes as an item code by
clicking the lookup button click select
us postmaster now wants to order an
amount of three under ordered enter
three and press enter now we see that
the total amount is on the bottom right
hand side of four hundred and thirty
four dollars and 31 cents if all looks
correct click accept the totals tab will
appear make any adjustments if necessary
at this point before we click accept
again you may print the invoice by
clicking the quick print button on the
left hand side this button is available
on all the tabs do you want to save
changes click yes
now the purchase order printing window
will appear let's go ahead and preview
the purchase order and here's our
purchase order we see our vendor of us
postmaster it's going to ship to ABC
distributing company we see the required
date the item code as well as the
quantity ordered with our unit costs and
