going to teach you how to change a
customer number in accounts receivable
for sage 100 formerly known as mass 90
and mass 200 today we'll be covering
these topics how to change a customer
number in account receivable updating
the delete and change customer listing
and log and last we'll be reviewing the
change in customer enquiry go to the
tasks pane and expand the modules tab
click on accounts receivable open the
utilities folder and select delete and
change customers before we continue this
task can only be done once everyone is
out of the system and we advise that you
have a backup once the window is open
click the change tab enter the starting
customer number by selecting the lookup
button to open the customer list the
customer number i want to change is 0-1

enter the ending customer number by
selecting the same customer at this
point you may also select a range of
customers to change as well enter a new
customer number to renumber the selected
customer click proceed the delete and
change customer listing must be printed
prior to proceeding do you want to print
the listing now click yes the delete and
change customers listing window appears
click print or preview let's preview
this information here we see the delete
and change customers listing report the
report shows the old customer number and
the new customer number as well as the
action taken to make the change do you
