Syllabus for RBI Grade B Banking Exams:The RBI Grade B exam is conducted in three phases - Phase I, Phase II, and an Interview. The syllabus for each phase is as follows:
Phase I:Phase I is an online objective type examination consisting of four sections: General Awareness, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. The syllabus and weightage for each section are as follows:

- Current Affairs: National and International events, banking news, sports events, awards, etc.
- Indian Economy: Basic concepts, monetary policy, fiscal policy, RBI functions, etc.
- Banking and Financial Awareness: Banking terms, financial markets, regulatory bodies, etc.

Phase II:Phase II is also an online objective type examination consisting of three papers: Economic and Social Issues, English (Writing Skills), and Finance and Management. The syllabus for each paper is as follows:

- Growth and Development: Measures of growth, sustainable development, poverty, etc.
- Social Structure in India: Multiculturalism, demographics, urbanization, social justice, etc.
- Economic Reforms in India: Liberalization, privatization, globalization, industrial policy, etc.
- Globalization: Foreign trade, international organizations, WTO, IMF, World Bank, etc.

English (Writing Skills): (Weightage: 100 marks)
- Essay Writing: Topics related to social, economic, and political issues.
- Precis Writing: Summarizing a passage.

Interview:The interview phase assesses the candidate's personality, communication skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role. It does not have a specific syllabus as it focuses on a wide range of topics, including current affairs, economics, banking, and personal background.
