Ramesh is 12th from the left,so there are 11 students on his left. 
Kashi is 17th from right.
When Ramesh and Kashi interchange their positions Kashi becomes 27th from the right , i.e., Ramesh had 26 on his right(which is now occupied by Kashi)
Thus total students = 11+1+26 = 38
Now since Ramesh is 12th from left and Kashi is 17th from right , no. of students between them = 38-(12+17) = 38-29 = 9

Solution:
Let's assume that there are 'x' students between Ramesh and Kashi before they interchange their positions. We need to find the value of 'x'.

When they interchange their positions, Kashi moves from the 17th position to the position which is 'x+12' from the left end.

- The total number of students in the row = (12 + x + 1 + 17) = (x + 30).
- After interchanging their positions, Kashi becomes 27th from the right end.
- So, the number of students to the right of Kashi = (27 - 1) = 26.

Now, we can write the following equation:
x + 12 + 26 = x + 30
Simplifying the equation, we get:
x = 9

Therefore, there are 9 students between Kashi and Ramesh before they interchange their positions.

If they work for an agency, that agency may be responsible for paying their taxes. It depends on the relationship between the worker and the organisation. In the alternative, the petitioners seek the benefit of the existing social security laws since according to them, the relationship between the aggregator and the driver is one of employer and employee. The mere fact that their employers call themselves aggregators and enter into so-called partnership agreements does not take away from the fact that there exists a jural relationship of employer and employee between them, the plea argues. The said contracts, the plea states, are a mere device to disguise the nature of the relationship, which is de jure and de facto a relationship of employer and worker, being a contract of employment.Q.
