Mazzoni also designed a number of other fountains, including the Fontana delle Tartarughe (Fountain of the Turtles) in Piazza Mattei in Rome. This fountain is adorned with four bronze turtles and was designed in collaboration with the architect Guglielmo Calderini.

In addition to his work as a sculptor, Mazzoni also designed furniture, ceramics, and other decorative objects.
