Can someone suggest me books to prepare for neet 2020 exam and the correct way to tackle my problems as i am a lil bit weak in physics?

First of all NCERT is a must but its not sufficient.
after ncert if u r practicing all the books of DC pandey then it will help u a lot! after that practice previous yrs questions and also do some test series!
This much is sufficient to score high marks

Ncert is very good. as well as you have to read thoroughly your text book .and i have brought a book for neet and that is really really good and suitable for neet. that MTG PUBLICATION. you can buy biology ncert fingertips, physics and chemistry objectives book..try these books and I assure you that you will get a great result if you learn it thoroughly and solve questions-answers. best of luck.

Dude I think everyone over here is weak in physics. But just learn and solve the mcq of following.
1- atom, nuclei, dual nature of matter, semiconductor
2- wave optics
3- units and measurement
4- magnetism
All are so so n so easy just ratta all equations and u will do it n get gd score.
