A farm labourer is a person engaged in physical work in a farm. his owners that is the land owners can either pay them their daily wage or can give them food and crops. in palampur farm labourers are usually poor and belong to dalit family. in palampur farm labourers are paid with minimum wages which was below the rate fixed by the government.
