1:- Bacteria are unicellular ,prokaryotes & Fungus are multicellular ,eukaryotes.
2:- Fungus have all the cell organelles like - chromosomes,lisosomes,etc but in bacteria it's not like that.
3:- Mostly Bacteria are parasites and pathogenic whereas fungus are saphrophytes and toxic or poisonous.
