Here α = 0.985

We know

∴ β = 66
Base current. 
Voltage across R2 is given by

Voltage across R1 is given by

Current flowing through R1 and R2


∴ Resistance, R1 =  
Voltage across Rc = Vcc - Vce - Ve
= 20 - 5 - 2 x 2 = 11 volt
