as per point no 1 monika came after Anita bit not after tanvy 2 which means that tanvy was faster than Anita and monika . Then according to the 2 nd point tanvi came faster than ratna but not faster than Sonal which means that Sonal . Then according to both the 1st and 2nd point the last in the program is Anita. Thus both 1 st and 2nd option is needed to answer the question and the answer is option d ( please do up vote my answer)
