-1 is the correct answer because we know that 0 is not a positive nor a negative okk and in number line 0 is in middle in the number line after 0 we represent on number line-1. - means more and so -1 is is the smallest negative number

Ans=b)-1 as in positive integer we go from higher to lower number we get a lower number but in negative integer it is like -10 < /><-8and so="" on="" we="" will="" get="" a="" higher="" number.="" so="" on="" we="" will="" get="" a="" higher="">

We know that in the sign of - lesser numbers are greater than bigger number.so I select option B because in option -1 is less than -5 .
