We have current carrying wire flowing through East to west. Using right hand thumb rule, from West side magnetic field will be in clock wise direction. I hope you know right hand thumb rule. So, if we see the position of our fingers when they are pointing towards north to south, it'll under your fist. So below the wire magnetic field will be from north to south.
