The human body magnetism comes from two sources one is magnetism from the Earth and other is the metabolism within the cells in the body.
in human body small electric current travel along the Nerve cells due to the ions, same way as electricity flows through the wire. this current is produced very weak magnetic field in the human body heart and brain are two main organs in human body where this field is significance

The human body produces complex electrical activity in several different types of cells, including neurons, endocrine and muscle cells all called"excitable cells" . As all creates a magnetic field . Apparently the human body is a dynamic ever changing bioelectric and biomagnetic organism , subject to all the physical laws of electromagnetism

A magnetic field arises.. whenever a charged particle, like an electron or protons move around. Since the electric currents running through blenders, hairdryer, and wires in the walls of our homes consists of flowing electorons.. they all generate magnetic fields.....

I'm just guessing the answer so I may not be correct.
Nerve cells or Neurons are responsible for carrying messages inside our body through electrical impulses. Like any other current carrying conductor, t
hese electrical impulses create magnetic field inside our body.

Magnetic fields are produced by electrical appliances ,power lines , electromagnets and everything that carries electric current the level of magnetic at human body may be exposed has considerably increased over this last century. the exposure level is normally limited for practical reasons.

According to magnetic field theory,
Since the electric currents running through blenders, hairdryers, and wires in the walls of our homes consist of flowing electrons, they all generate magnetic fields. Through these sources, the average person is exposed to magnetic fields reaching 0.1 microtesla in strength on a daily basis.

Due to presence of neuron in our mind

The human body is a good conductor of electricity. Under the influence of an alternating current, the electriccharges inside the body move back and forth at the same frequency as thefield (60 Hz). In other words, the field produces weak electric currents in thebody.

**in another word...
The human body magnetism comes from two sources one is magnetism from earth and other is the metabolism within the cells in the body.

In human body small electric current travel along the nerve cells due to ions, same way as electricity flows through the wire. This current produces very weak magnetic field in the human body. Heart and Brain are the two main organs in the human body where this field is significant.

The electrical impulses by their movement indices a temporary magnetic field in us. this is used used to find the image of organs such as heart and brain using Magnetic resonance imaging
