According to Gauss's law, electric flux depends only on the charge inside the sphere. As the net charge of dipole is zero, so the flux through the sphere is zero. But the electric field is the resultant effect due to all charges. So the electric field can not be zero at every point of sphere.

Electric Dipole in the Center of a Sphere
- Electric Field is Not Zero at Anywhere on the Sphere:
When an electric dipole is placed at the center of a sphere, the electric field lines spread out symmetrically from the positive charge to the negative charge. Due to this arrangement, the electric field is not zero at any point on the surface of the sphere.
- Flux of the Electric Field Through the Sphere is Zero:
Since the electric field lines originating from the positive charge of the dipole terminate on the negative charge, the total flux of the electric field passing through the sphere is zero. This is because the number of electric field lines entering the sphere is equal to the number leaving it.
Therefore, the correct options are A and C, as the electric field is not zero at any point on the sphere, but the flux of the electric field through the sphere is zero.
