There are 6 members in family with male to female ratio being 2:1 which means there are 4 male members and 2 female members. Female members are D (daughter) and E (mother).
So the rest of them are male members (A,B,C,F).
Given that B is father of A. So B's father will be grandfather of A.
It is also given that B's father is grandfather of F.
Now comparing all the above facts, we conclude that A and F are brothers. So option 'b' is correct.

Using statement, there are two generation of a family and there is also a married couple in the family and B is father of A and E is mother of A. it’s clear That B and E are husband and wife respectively and of 1st generation rest are their children.
