SCA is a recessive disorder and it is fatal in nature....

In sickle cell anaemia the mutation is caused by single point i.e missense mutation.In beta cells the 6th base adenine is replaced with Uracil which means GAG(glutamic acid)codon is converted to GUG(valine).So option A is correct.
