I is a very long story , east India company was build on 31dec 1600 in England and they had given permission by their kingdom for the business purposes only in the east countries and they came here in 1609 the Indian ruler was Jahangir after Akbar , Jahangir pleased with them and in 1613 he gave permission to make factory in Surat since then they started growing their business and gradually their Interruption increased in the administration after Aurangjeb Mughal dynasty was gradually weakening and then in Bengal the ruler was Sirajuddaula and he refused to give them discount and he want taxes from them so against Sirajuddaula they create fixing with Mir Jaafar his minister and they replaced Sirajuddaula from the king position and Mir Jaafar became the ruler then Mir Kassim this way in 1764 the battle of Buxar they defeated Shahalam and nawab of Awadh and then they got full Administration right in Bengal because at that time Mughal dynasty was falling they took this benefit and got the bengal then Orrisa as well Maissure also after defeating Haider Ali and Teepu sultan
