INC president in 1886 was Dadabhai Nauroji n he was the president of it in 1906 ( but he was not the president of it in 1896)

in 1896 its president was Rahimtulla Sayani

William wedderburn was twice president in the years in 1889 n 1910

jawaharlalnehru was the president in 1929, 1930, 36, 37, 1951 to 1954

in 1947 (independence) it's president was Acharya j.b.kripalani .
