Intersection point.
5x-2y=3 (1)
4x-7y=-3 (2)
On solving we have x = 1, y= 1
So, intersection points (1, 1)
Now, slope of the required line x slope of the line 5x - 4y + 5 = 0
As both are parallel lines,
So, M1= M2, here M2 =
M1
So, required equation (Y - Y1) = m1 (x - x1) (y - 1) = (x - 1)
4y - 4 = 5x - 5
⇒5x- 4y = 1
