Step 1: Interchanging the positions of letters
The word 'Distribute' is given. The positions of the first and sixth letters are interchanged, then the second and seventh letters are interchanged, the third and eighth letters are interchanged, and so on. Following this process, we get the new word as:

Step 2: Finding the fifth letter from the left
Now, we need to find the fifth letter from the left in the new word 'Tribusetd.' To do this, we count the letters from left to right:
