  • The Shiwalik is the sub-Himalayan range of the northern Indian Sub-continent. It extends from West to North westwards for more than 1,600Km ( 1,000 miles) from Teesta river in Sikkim state, northeastern India through Nepal, across northwestern India, and into Northern Pakistan.
  • Kailash range forms the part of Trans-Himalayan and It is one of the highest and most rugged parts of the Himalayas, located in the southwestern part of the Tibet Autonomous Region, southwestern China. It is known as GANG-RISE to the Tibetans and is the highest peak in the range, with 6,714 meters.
  • Kangchenjunga also called Kanchenjunga, the World's Third highest mountain with an elevation of 8,586 meters. It is situated in the eastern Himalayas on the border between Sikkim state, north eastern India, and eastern Nepal. The Mountain is the part of the great Himalayan range.
