Verified Answer
Direction: Study the following arrangement carefully and answer the q...
The new arrangement becomes
8 C M @ N £ T 2 Y 6 S α Q $ 7 × W # Z 3 % 4
Note : In case of opposite directions we add the positions and calculate the resultant position of an element from the given end of the series.
∴ 8th element to the right of the 13th element from the left end means (8 + 13) = 21st element from the left end, i.e., %.

Analysis:
The given series is: 8 C M @ N £ T 2 Y 6 S α Q $ 7 × W # Z 3 U E % A 4

Dropping Vowels:
After dropping the vowels, the series becomes: 8 C M @ N £ T 2 Y 6 S α Q $ 7 × W # Z 3 U % 4

Finding the Position:
- The thirteenth element from the left end is T.
- The eighth element to the right of T is %.

Therefore, the eighth element to the right of the thirteenth element from the left end is %.
