Tiger is the national animal of Brazil.

    Explanation:
To solve this question, we need to carefully analyze the given information and make deductions based on the clues provided.

    1. The country whose national animal is Bear does not have Sunflower as its national flower.
    2. Germany's national flower is neither Lily nor Jasmine, and its national animal is Panther.
    3. India's national flower is Lotus and Russia's national animal is Lion.
    4. Sunflower is not China's national flower and Bear is not Brazil's national animal.
    5. The country whose national flower is Lily has Tiger as its national animal.

From the above information, we can draw the following conclusions:

    - Germany's national animal is Panther and its national flower is either Rose or Sunflower.
    - China's national flower is either Lily, Jasmine, or Rose.
    - Brazil's national animal is either Lion, Tiger, Elephant, or Bear.
    - Russia's national flower is either Rose, Lily, Jasmine, or Sunflower.
    - India's national animal is either Lion, Tiger, Elephant, Panther, or Bear.

Now, let's analyze the options one by one:

Option a) Brazil: According to the given information, Bear is not Brazil's national animal. So, we can eliminate this option.

Option b) Russia: According to the given information, Russia's national animal is Lion, not Tiger. So, we can eliminate this option.

Option c) China: According to the given information, China's national flower is not Sunflower. So, we can eliminate this option.

Option d) India: According to the given information, India's national flower is Lotus and Russia's national animal is Lion. Since Tiger is the national animal of the country whose national flower is Lily, it cannot be India. So, we can eliminate this option.

Hence, the correct answer is option a) Brazil. Tiger is the national animal of Brazil.
