Question is tricky and I think the answer C is not the correct choice.

At 10am Charlie will be at point B, given his speed of 5km/h  and Alan will be at midpoint of A and B given his speed of 10km/h, he must have covered 2.5km in 15min. 

Now Charlie is returning to point A and Alan is going towards B, so there relative speed is 15km/h. Distance between them is 2.5km. So after 1/6h or 10 minutes they will meet.

correct answer should be 10.10am
