Ortho and para-nitro phenol have significant differences in their boiling points because ortho-nitrophenol forms intramolecualr hydrogen bonding and has lower boiling point than para-nitro phenol which has intermolecular hydrogen bonding. Therefore,steam distillation is the correct answer as it separates components of a mixture on the basis of their difference in boiling points.
