Fundamental rights guarantees only political rights by limiting the power of of the State to infringe upon certain constitutionally listed fundamental rights.
Whereas, DPSP are directives to State to follow certain ideals and directives for the welfare of people while legislating and formulating public policies. The directives of DPSP contains myriad of ideals. Among them, directives for economic and social democracy is one of them like Art 39(b),(c) which is even precedent to Art 14 and 19 of FR. For these certain economic and social ideals incorporated in the DPSP, it is said that objective of economic justice is provided in the DPSP.
