What is the difference between reflex action and involuntary actions?
Difference between reflex and involuntary actions are as follow:-
#Reflex action:-
i.. these are the action which give response by spinal cord,
ii.. these control sneezing, yawning, blinking of eyes, etc.
#Involuntary action:-
i.. these action takes place with the help of brain,
ii.. heartbeat, digestion of food, peristaltic movement, etc; came under involuntary actionable.

- They are Carried out by smooth muscles.
Reflex actions :-
-They involve all parts of voluntary nervous system though they are not under our control.
- They are concerned with emergency.
-They have no divisions.
- They commonly operate against harmful stimuli , which are generally external.
- Reflex actions occur occasionally.
-They are performed by striated muscles.
