A company sells motor bikes on “Sale or return basis”. All...
Its website. The prices of the motor bikes are as follows:

- Bike A: $3,000
- Bike B: $4,500
- Bike C: $6,200
- Bike D: $8,000

The company also offers a discount of 10% for customers who purchase more than one motor bike.

If a customer purchases Bike A and Bike C, what is the total cost of the purchase after the discount?

The total cost before the discount is $3,000 + $6,200 = $9,200.

Since the customer is purchasing more than one motor bike, they are eligible for a 10% discount.

10% of $9,200 is $920.

Therefore, the total cost after the discount is $9,200 - $920 = $8,280.

So the customer will pay $8,280 for Bike A and Bike C after the discount.
