A wire of resistance 12 ohms per meter is bent to form a complete circ...
10 cm = .1m
circumference of circle = 2πr = 2π(.1) =.2π m
so for semicircle = .1π m
resistance of semicircle =.1π x 12 = 1.2π Ω
as these two semicircle are in parallel so 1.2π/2 = 0.6π Ω

then we can find the Requivalent that is

=1/Requivalent

Therefore 
Requivalent=0.6πΩ 
SO THE CORRECT ANSWER IS NOT A ITS D
