Directions: Questions 4 - 6are based on a common set of principles and facts. Answer accordingly.
Principle 1: Any person (Principal) authorizing another person (Agent) to do a certain act will be liable for all acts of such person done within the course of employment. The tests of control and
direction must be complied with.

This is where Principle 1 applies. The employment ends only when aggubai gets the whiskey bottles so she's able to then sell them. there's no point in asking annubai to do everything on behalf of aggubai, which includes setting up the meeting, doing the deal in person when annubai wasn't going to get the bottles back !That is plain illogical. obviously annubai was to get the bottles with herself to aggubai or she would have left the job half done. So al long as annubai is still acting within the terms and duration of her employment whatever act she commits , it's always aggubai who'll be held liable. No other principle applies because the action done by annubai is within the course of her employment. So logically the answer is B , aggubai will be held liable!
