  14. If you clear all stages of the UPSC exam and the interview, you will be selected for the IAS training program at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration.
  15. Training and Probation

  16. - Complete the training program at the academy.
    - Serve a probationary period as an Assistant Collector in a district.
  17. Appointment as an IAS Officer

  18. Upon successful completion of the training and probation period, you will be appointed as an IAS officer by the government.
