Given information:
- A can do the work in 30 days
- B can do the work in 20 days

Calculating their daily work:
- A's daily work = 1/30
- B's daily work = 1/20

Calculating the work done in 3 days by A:
- Work done by A in 3 days = 3*(1/30) = 1/10

Calculating the work left:
- Work left = 1 - 1/10 = 9/10

Calculating the number of days B will take to complete the rest of the work:
- B's work in 1 day = 1/20
- B's work in completing 9/10 of the work = (9/10) / (1/20) = 18 days

Combining the days taken by A and B:
- Total days taken = 3 days (A) + 18 days (B) = 21 days
Therefore, the work will be completed in 21 days.
