Fundamental Rights:

Fundamental Rights are the basic human rights that every citizen of India is entitled to. These rights are enshrined in Part III of the Indian Constitution and are considered as the cornerstone of the Indian democracy.

Types of Fundamental Rights:

There are three types of fundamental rights:

1. Negative rights:
Negative rights are those rights that prohibit the state or any other individual from interfering with the individual's freedom. For example, the right to life and personal liberty, right to freedom of speech and expression, right to freedom of religion, etc.

2. Restrictive rights:
Restrictive rights are those rights that impose certain restrictions on the individual's freedom. For example, the right to freedom of movement can be restricted in case of public order, morality, and health.

3. Limited rights:
Limited rights are those rights that are subject to reasonable restrictions. For example, the right to freedom of speech and expression can be restricted for the protection of the sovereignty and integrity of India.

All of these:

All the above-mentioned types of fundamental rights come under the category of fundamental rights. The Constitution of India guarantees these rights to every citizen of India irrespective of their caste, creed, religion, or gender. These rights are essential for the overall development and well-being of the citizens and play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy democracy.
