Any circle drawn around around the earth divides it into two equal halves called hemisphere. It can be either  longitutidinal or latitudinal. On the basis of prime meridian,  it can be eastern or western  hemisphere and on the basis of equator,  it can be northern or southern hemisphere. That means India lies in the Eastern Hemisphere longitudinally and Northern Latitudinally. Hence B will be the correct  answer  depending on equal halves as per the available  options
