Explanation:

Actual Resources are those resources that have been surveyed, quantified and are being used in present times. They are also known as Stock Resources. Examples of actual resources are coal, petroleum, natural gas, iron ore, copper, etc. These resources are being consumed at a faster rate than they are being replenished, and hence they are non-renewable resources.

High-speed winds, solar energy, bio waste, etc were considered potential sources of energy in the past, but today they are being extensively used as sources of renewable energy. Renewable resources are those resources that can be replenished naturally in a short period of time. These resources are also known as flow resources. Examples of renewable resources are solar energy, wind energy, hydropower, geothermal energy, tidal energy, etc.

Hence, the correct answer is option B, which states that high-speed winds, solar energy, bio waste, etc are examples of actual resources.
