OFFENCE UNDER THE INDIAN PENAL CODE - that is in India attempting or trying to attempting suicide I a crime.
Therefore option a)1&2 is correct
where as undue influence means attempting suicide under someone's influence which is not mentioned in question.
And Fraud means cheating and suicide doesn't mean cheating someone .
