I don't know tropylium.but in rest of the CH3+ will be least bcoz of no resonance, the in second double bonded carbon is in conjugate with + be charged carbon so it will show resonance but the only two structure is possible. greater the no of resonating structure greater will be the stability and last benzene is attached with +ve charge carbon which will be more stable
