Well you need an app developer who can help you with it. You have three options.1. Hire a developer pay them a salary.2. Share your idea with someone who can develop it for you if he sees value in your idea. You might have to offer them some equity if you really want them to invest their time, skill and energy.3. Learn coding yourself and start development on your own, it's time consuming however if you can spare time it's fun. There are many resources out there which can help you learn like sololearn, codeacademy etc.
