Why RBC do not has a nucleus?
It allows the red blood cell to contain more haemoglobin (and, therefore, carry more oxygen molecules). It also allows the cell to have its distinctive bi-concave shape which aids diffusion - this shape would not be possible if the cell had a nucleus in the way.

Why RBC do not has a nucleus?
Hey yash...... Before answer we should know two things…
●One is that red blood cells(erythrocytes) are cells that are used as oxygen supplying vehicles…from pulmonary system to each tissue
●Second it is performed so justifically that no cell is that is deprived of oxygen…and this is due to very extensive pipeline network of capillaries…
■There are so small capplilaries in the body that from which red cell passed by being folded…as it is biconcave in shape…
■That is the reason…that erythrocytes are enucleated because initially they possess nucleus but when they enter blood nucleus is removed.because due large genome more space is occupied by nuclei.

Why RBC do not has a nucleus?
In the bone marrow when red blood cells (RBCs) are produced, they contain the nucleus.During a process known as enucleation (which essentially means removal of a specific mass without any physical manipulation such as dissection) takes place which essentially removes the nucleus from the cell. Since the sole purpose of RBC is transportation of oxygen, a presence of nucleus is not really important.
